Acceptance

This website operated by Xapiri Ltd. Xapiri reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Any order placed by the customer is an agreement to purchase a particular item or items on these Terms and Conditions. Xapiri reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price o rthe product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Until Xapiri receives payment in full for a product of any description, Xapiri remains the lawful owner of the product. Your contract of agreement of our Terms and Conditions with Xapiri comes into effect once you have made payment.

General use of the Xapiri website

By accessing the Xapiri website the user agrees to not copy or use any of the content for personal or commercial purposes. Some text on the Xapiri website has been referenced from external sources to include; Povos Indigenas no Brasil, Survival International, Indian Cultures and Wikipedia.

Damages and refunds policy

We strictly do not give refunds or credit if you have simply changed your mind. Credit towards another Xapiri product can be issued if your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. As Xapiri products are all one-of-a-kind, it is not possible to give an identical exchange. If applying for a credit or replacement due to a faulty or damaged product, Xapiri must be contacted within 5 business days of the customer receiving delivery of the item. Please contact us at peace@xapiri.com with details of your purchase and the reason for seeking a credit or exchange. If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in the original condition. If the product has been damaged during the return to Xapiri, this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given. In this case, the product can be returned to the customer. If the product simply is not delivered to Xapiri and lost in transit, this is also the full responsibility of the customer. Choosing insurance for your shipment that is to be returned to Xapiri is highly recommended, so you are covered in the event of damage to or loss of the product occurring. All international purchases of any Xapiri product and sale items are strictly a final sale; refunds, credits or exchanges will not be considered. Naturally, responsibility to pay import duty and taxes lies with the buyer.

Warranty

Due to the hand-made nature of our products, Xapiri does not offer a period of warranty on any products. However, we would like to be contacted in the case that a customer has a concern with a Xapiri product. Customer satisfaction is paramount so we will consider resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy policy

Xapiri will not sell your personal information or contact details onto any other parties. We may email you our newsletter from time to time with highlighted products or important updates in the indigenous world. If you wish for this not to happen, please inform us and we will delete all of your details from our mailing list.
